Office space provider Bruntwood has announced that two more businesses will be joining Burlington House, North Liverpool. The new deals mean that Burlington House is now 75 per cent occupied, showing that offices in Liverpool continue to prove popular with businesses looking for a strong North West location.

Unified communications specialist Voice Engineer Dot Com has secured a five year deal with Bruntwood. The firm has taken a 650 sq ft suite following its company expansion. The second business joining Bruntwood's books is insolvency service provider Oakdale Insolvency. The company has signed a three year deal and will be taking 700 sq ft of Liverpool office space.

Alen Roberts, managing director at Voice Engineer Dot Com, said: "We knew we would require a larger office when we took on new staff earlier this year. As we have to travel to reach our clients, we felt Burlington House is ideally located close to both Liverpool city centre and the rest of the North West."

Burlington House is often a popular choice with businesses looking for a key Liverpool location. The office building is situated just outside the city centre and is surrounded by a whole host of local amenities. The high specification office space also provides businesses with a contemporary and professional working environment. Meanwhile, the on-site customer service team manage the daily maintenance tasks to ensure that Burlington House is kept to the highest of standards.

David Seddon, head of sales at Bruntwood, said: "Our north Liverpool offices continue to be popular with companies looking for high quality, well connected office space at competitive rates. We have invested solidly in the building since acquiring it over 20 years ago including a recent refurbishment of the reception and various offices."

Bruntwood owns a number of other major offices in Liverpool city centre and Bootle. Buildings such as Oriel Chambers and The Plaza come with flexible leases where businesses can rent 200 sq ft upwards of space or suites.
