Bruntwood's offices in Manchester picked by two businesses

Two more businesses have decided to move to Bruntwood's offices in Manchester.
Bruntwood, the family-owned commercial property specialist, has forged an enviable reputation for helping companies grow in the city.
Cotton House, situated on Queen Street, is one of the most recent arrivals to the Bruntwood portfolio of offices in Manchester. This property offers up to 20,000 sq ft of office space spanning five floors, and was revamped recently to include refurbished common areas and a new reception area and entrance.
The new-look site impressed online media experts Specific Media UK so much that it agreed to let 2,000 sq ft of floor space. At the same time, professional services company Farrsight Solutions decided to take on some 2,844 sq ft in the building.
Stephen Farrar, managing director of Farrsight Solutions, explained how Bruntwood's support was key to finding their new home. "Bruntwood worked with us in determining our needs for new office space in central Manchester and helped us to find a property that met those needs," he stated.
And the latest additions to Bruntwood's portfolio were welcomed by Andrew Cowell, head of sales for Manchester at Bruntwood. "We are very happy to secure these two pre-lets on the back of the whole-scale refurbishment of Cotton House," he remarked.
