Bruntwood's Liverpool offices chosen by pair of companies

The Liverpool offices of family-operated commercial property specialist Bruntwood are to provide a home to two more businesses.

Property recruitment company Caroline Kingsley Holdings Limited is the first of the new customers. It will be moving into offices in The Plaza, Old Hall Street, which boasts a range of features including onsite parking, air conditioning and 24-hours-a-day access.

Paintbox Art Media Limited is the second addition to Bruntwood's growing client rostrum. The grade II-listed Queen Insurance Buildings on Queen Avenue will provide a home to the firm, which specialises in video production.

In total, the two deals account for more than 2,000 sq ft of offices set in the heart of the traditional Liverpool commercial district.

Commenting on the relocation, Caroline Kingsley, director of Caroline Kingsley Holdings Limited, said: "Kingsley Associates are delighted to join Bruntwood at The Plaza. He went on to explain that the three companies were all looking for offices of a high standard, a good customer support infrastructure and represented great value for money.
